You get the full platform free for 90 days. A card or bank account is required at signup so billing can start without interruption, but nothing is charged until your first renewal after day 91.

Licensed users are clinicians and supervisors seeing clients under their own license. Pre-licensed users are associates, interns and supervisees practicing under supervision. Admins, billers and schedulers are free. An admin who also treats clients is billed as a clinician.

We count active users at each monthly renewal. Add or remove people any time; the change shows up on your next bill.

Annual plans prepay 12 months at the 20% discount, charged at your first renewal after the trial. Users added later are billed pro rata to the end of the term. Nothing is refunded for users you remove. You can switch back to monthly at the end of the term.

Revenue cycle management is 5% of the insurance payments actually received, billed monthly. There is no minimum. Your practice may be quoted a different rate based on volume and payer mix.

Yes. The claims, remittance and client-payment tools are included for every practice. RCM is optional.

Yes. There is no long-term contract on monthly billing; cancel before your next renewal and you will not be billed again. An annual plan runs to the end of its term. Your records stay available for export.
